To be honest, getting out of San Francisco is tough. Literally and figuratively, I suppose. Finding a car can be (okay, so I'm lazy!) challenging and well, leaving the city for a day can give me bouts of FOMO.
That being said, when you DO actually get out of the city – hell, it's kind of nice! I headed to Redwood City and Mountain View last week to grab a bite to eat before seeing the Foo Fighters. You guys, Redwood City is hoppin'. Seriously.
Scott and I stopped by Vesta, had a rad Hawaiian pizza and a few beers! So delicious and affordable. And along with Vesta, RWC has a ton of other restaurants and cafes.
And while I probably won't be moving down there any time soon, it's great to escape – even if it's just for a night.
