San Francisco,
You're a magical city. Everywhere I turn, i'm constantly surprised and reminded by how unique and quirky you are. Even when i'm totally pissed off at you, you somehow know how to get me – a beautiful sunset, a perfect walk home, glances of creative graffiti, the sound of waves crashing at Ocean Beach – to me, you're perfect.
Sometimes I need to remind myself of this. We all need a little perspective now and then, right?

Close up, San Francisco has its flaws. Overpriced apartments, an influx of tech, the wearing of diversity and culture, and so much more. But if I step back (and it is hard to do), San Francisco has been a home for me for the past (almost) 4 years. A place where I found beautiful friendships, amazing and challenging jobs, and a strong community of intelligent and driven individuals.
San Francisco, i'm here to stay.
