Dress & Shoes: Topshop (while not similar, I love this version and color) | Turtleneck: J.Crew
It seems dots aren’t just reserved for Betty Boop these days, y’all. And for me, I consider polka dots (and camo) a neutral – perfect for layering, pairing, and anything in between.
I found this dress at Nordstrom Rack and was immediately drawn to it. There’s a lot going on, so I’m not surprised. There’s big ass polka dots, smaller ones, there’s ruffles AND it’s asymmetrical. Whew. I need a breather after that.
I picked it up without even trying it on and got back to my place to try and figure out how I should style it. Immediately found my trusty black turtle neck and paired it together for a chic look that’s a bit more elevated. I’m thinking this could be a fun work to date look. However, this girl is trying to make it a bit more casual so any suggestions you have, I’d love to hear! 💋
