Hi all,
I can't believe the time has come! This weekend is Outside Lands! I'm insanely excited and to prep for the blessed event i'm taking Friday off of work (huzzah!) and also sharing a few of the outfits I was thinking of rocking for the next few days.
I've always loved Outside Lands as a festival. It's the perfect combination of amazing music, food, drinks, and scenery. Y'all know I have a major crush on SF so it holds a special place in my heart. Friday is going to be one of my favorites not just because it's the first day, but my favorite band ever is playing – Wilco!
I've seen Jeff Tweedy a few times, but he always gets better and better. Some other Friday things to look forward to? Chet Faker, Leon Bridges, St. Vincent, and Porter Robinson. As for food? I can't wait to nom at Rocko's Ice Cream Tacos, snag a fajita burrito at The Little Chihuahua tent, get a Vanilla Ice Cold Brew at Sightglass Coffee, and sip on IPA's and Pilsners at Beer Lands!
Also, it's not just about the food and music. Recently, it's become all about what to wear. Now, i'm all for comfort and looking good. Buuuut, to be honest – i'm all about comfort. I swear by wearing Chucks so your feet don't kill you later. It gets hot during the day, so something flowy is best. This dress from Zara fits the bill. And once the sun goes down, you'll feel the body heat from the crowd but don't let that fool you – it gets cold. Bring an oversized denim jacket and a sweater and you'll be good to go.
