Sometimes I forget how progressive San Francisco is. I mean, really. We’re a collective of unique individuals from different backgrounds, cultures and beliefs. Preeettty different from my upbringing out in the Midwest.
I love how supportive and accepting California (specifically SF) is. This brings me to PRIDE month and one of my favorites. Over the course of the month, there are many celebrations but I suppose one isn’t as epic as the PRIDE parade.
To get a little taste (literally) of this month’s events, I was able to join a little PRIDE food shuffle on Market – where the parade goes down!
