Every second weekend in August, I prep myself for one of my favorite music festivals – Outside Lands. But this year, I'm doing things a little differently. I still haven't snagged a ticket and maaaay only go Sunday (I mean, Janet Jackson Sunday so c'mon). Maybe I'm a bit old or a bit lazy, but I'm throwing caution to the wind and am going to make a game time decision!
If I go, this is what I'll be wearing (and then some). If you're not aware, Outside Lands isn't your normal music festival. Bbs won't be walking around in bikinis and booty shorts (the sane ones, anyway), and people opt for beanies rather than flower crowns. It's a festival that brings on fog, beautiful scenery, and even more beautiful food (oh, and the music is rad, too).
Seriously, WEAR LAYERS. I promise you'll thank yourself. I'm absolutely loving these Levi 501's I scored from Macy's (and on sale!!!). They are the perfect jean that rise a little high on the waist (yessss!!!) and seriously go with everything. In fact, I've worn them at least twice a week since I got 'em.
To pair with jeans, I wanted to go for something casual and low-key on top. Hence, the t-shirt (love, love, love this v-neck from Maison Jules!) and of course, top it with a statement hat (love this Goorin version!). Oh, and a trusty watch (I'm obsessed with this one from Nacre!) that's modern, minimal and keeps in check for my next show!
