You know those times when you go into Target just wanting one thing and end up spending $200? This happens to me more often than I'd like to admit, but with so many awesome collections (Who What Wear, Dolce Vita, Oh Joy) how can a girl resist?
I found this dress awhile back and thought it was super cute! It has a little wrap thing going on that's pretty flattering and fluttery sleeves that feel a biiiit more playful.
And with this heatwave San Francisco is having, this number is on major rotation.
