Happy Tuesday and happy election day! While today may be a bit chaotic (#imwithher), my weekend was anything but.
If you've been following my Instagram posts, you've noticed I've been in Denver for the weekend! Ittai and I headed to Colorado on Friday night and had some quality R&R time with his Aunt and Uncle. They live in Capitol Hill and damn, the changing leaves were gorgeous. While we spent the majority of the time with his family, we found a few Denver places that were too charming not to show off. Some of my favorites:
Huckleberry Roasters: Delicious coffee, free WiFi (YAS!), and a dope assortment of donuts. I snagged the chocolate glazed and it didn't disappoint.
Stowaway: Found this place via Ittai's cousin and it was AWESOME. The design was crisp, white and modern all while still being super cozy. It was unusually warm in Denver this past weekend so we hung out outside for a bit and snagged a hearty breakfast of hummus, eggs and falaffel. Yum!
Black Eye Coffee: We made a pitstop on Saturday to Black Eye in Capitol Hill to snag a cocktail before the evening festivities. It was super light and I sipped on a whiskey cider that was perfect for the crisp Denver afternoon.
Earlier in the week, I had the opportunity to check out ShopStyle's HQ and hear all about their new affiliate program – it rocks you guys! We even got to meet the badass Lisa Sugar, co-founder of PopSugar. So rad.
