Hi Everyone!
Happy Monday! I'm still feeling a little groggy and sleepy-eyed from my flight to SF last night, but I'm SO excited for the week ahead. A little known secret...this is my FAVORITE time of year. That's right. Thanksgiving. I mean, are you surprised?
Anyway, if y'all have been following me on Instagram, you've seen me post quite a few photos of my trip to New York. I'll definitely be adding more, but the reason I went was to celebrate my amazing friends Holly and John on their wedding!
It's such a wonderful feeling seeing my friends grow up, fall in love, live together, kick ass professionally (and personally), and everything in between. This trip to NY was one for the books and for the first time, I didn't really want to leave.
Some highlights?
- Multiple trips to Double Dutch Espresso in Harlem. Also, Harlem is the besssssst. <3
- Catching up with a few old Ohio University & Vayner friends! Makes my heart so full.
- Nommed so hard at Ippudo, Rustic Table, and Jacob's Pickles. SO good.
- Walked through Central Park too many times and marveled over all the beautiful changing leaves.
Also, a big thank you to Jamie Ratermann for hostin' my ass for the entire week. You know you have a true blue friend when she isn't pushing you out the door after a week-long apartment infiltration. Love you, Jam! <3
