You guys,
This weekend was one for the books. You know how you look back on a weekend and just smile because it was so happy? Well, it was one of those.
I celebrated one of my best friends and fellow blogger Shikha's birthday! We put $20 into the jukebox and had ourselves a night. Went and explored the roller rink at Golden Gate Park (it's seriously hilarious) and then explored The Plough And Stars in the Inner Richmond.
Sunday was one spent focusing on friends and myself! I hit B.Patisserie for some coffee and savory scones and then headed to Laurel Heights to Mighty Pilates for my first ever Pilates class!
Now, i'm a lover of exercise. I love to walk to work, walk home and explore San Francisco by foot. It's the easiest mode, right? Anyway, Mighty Pilates was so nice to introduce me to their studio Sunday morning and my goodness -- i'm now a Pilates believer. Everything from the studio, to the trainers to the equipment was beautiful, well-kept and friendly. I took the Mighty Mix class and even though it was my first time on a reformer (the equipment they use!) it was easy to understand, challenging and really fun.
I can honestly say i'm more sore this morning than I have been in a long, long time. And you know what? I'm kind of into that. I highly recommend going to Mighty Mix & Sport as those were so, so fun!!
After fueling my mind, body and soul, I stopped by Delarosa to catch up with a friend and then went to Kokkari for dinner. Yum!!
Hope y'all had a great weekend!
